mediante uno de los siguientes m\u00e9todos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sistema de notificaci\u00f3n de emergencias VC Alert<\/li>\n<li>Notificaciones puerta a puerta por parte del personal de seguridad p\u00fablica<\/li>\n<li>Alertas de emergencia inal\u00e1mbricas (WEA)<\/li>\n<li>Sistema de alerta de emergencia (televisi\u00f3n abierta \/ radio AM\/FM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Si observa condiciones cerca de su residencia que puedan poner en peligro su seguridad, no espere a recibir una notificaci\u00f3n oficial del personal de seguridad p\u00fablica. Tome medidas inmediatas para evacuar a un lugar seguro. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-705160e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"705160e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Puntos de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal<\/h3><p>Un punto de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal (TEP) es un lugar centralizado que se utiliza como punto de reuni\u00f3n para las personas que deben abandonar su residencia durante un desastre. En muchos casos, los puntos de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal tambi\u00e9n pueden tener refugios colectivos de emergencia establecidos en el mismo lugar.<\/p><p>Cada desastre es diferente, al igual que los desaf\u00edos log\u00edsticos que plantean los cierres de carreteras, los incendios, las inundaciones y muchas otras variables. Al comienzo de un desastre, los administradores de emergencias determinar\u00e1n el mejor punto de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal que se activar\u00e1 en una proximidad segura al incidente. La ubicaci\u00f3n seleccionada se publicar\u00e1 en VCemergency.com y se incluir\u00e1 en todos los mensajes de emergencia que se compartan con el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0c443b0\" data-id=\"0c443b0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2de53ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2de53ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Qu\u00e9 esperar en un punto de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal<\/h3><p>Al llegar a un TEP, los evacuados ser\u00e1n recibidos por el amable Equipo de Servicios para Desastres de la Agencia de Servicios Humanos del Condado de Ventura, que evaluar\u00e1 r\u00e1pidamente la situaci\u00f3n de cada individuo y determinar\u00e1 el mejor curso de acci\u00f3n para proporcionar refugio temporal. Parte de esta evaluaci\u00f3n incluye el registro del evacuado en el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Respuesta y Recuperaci\u00f3n ante Desastres. El registro en este sistema es vital para proporcionar los datos necesarios para la planificaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica y la gesti\u00f3n de casos de desastre.<\/p><p>Los residentes que evac\u00faen a un punto de evacuaci\u00f3n temporal operado por el condado pueden esperar permanecer en un entorno seguro y recibir alimentos, agua e instalaciones sanitarias durante toda su estad\u00eda en el refugio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5967e4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5967e4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Necesidades de acceso y funcionales<\/h3><p>Las necesidades de cada residente son diferentes y var\u00edan seg\u00fan la duraci\u00f3n de la evacuaci\u00f3n. La agencia de Servicios Humanos del Condado de Ventura trabajar\u00e1 en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con los evacuados para identificar las necesidades de art\u00edculos como: equipo m\u00e9dico duradero, catres accesibles, tecnolog\u00eda de asistencia y otros equipos necesarios para que su estad\u00eda en nuestro refugio sea segura y accesible. Se solicita a todas las personas no esenciales que abandonen el \u00e1rea de inmediato.<\/li><li>Existen condiciones que ponen en peligro GRAVEMENTE la vida de quienes se encuentran en el \u00e1rea definida.<\/li><li>\u00a1El peligro es INMINENTE!<\/li><li>Generalmente, los residentes no ser\u00e1n expulsados por la fuerza de su propiedad, sin embargo aquellos que se encuentren en propiedades p\u00fablicas, incluidas carreteras y parques p\u00fablicos, pueden estar sujetos a ser expulsados del \u00e1rea.<\/li><li>Una vez fuera del \u00e1rea, al p\u00fablico en general (incluidos los residentes) no se le permitir\u00e1 regresar hasta que se considere seguro hacerlo.<\/li><li>Las personas no esenciales que los funcionarios encuentren transitando por la zona o merodeando por ella ser\u00e1n escoltadas hasta la salida y no se les permitir\u00e1 volver a entrar en la zona. Quienes interfieran con la respuesta ante el desastre estar\u00e1n SUJETOS A ARRESTO.<\/li><li>Los trabajadores de servicios p\u00fablicos en veh\u00edculos de trabajo, incluidos Southern California Edison, Gas Company, etc., podr\u00e1n trabajar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los cierres \u00fanicamente para asuntos oficiales.<\/li><li>De conformidad con el \u00a7409.5(d) pc, nada impedir\u00e1 que un representante debidamente autorizado de cualquier servicio de noticias, peri\u00f3dico o estaci\u00f3n o red de radio o televisi\u00f3n ingrese al \u00e1rea a menos que se determine que el \u00e1rea es la escena de un crimen.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2302\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2302\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Advertencia de evacuaci\u00f3n<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2302\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2302\"><ul><li>Las autoridades, los departamentos de bomberos, las agencias de salud p\u00fablica y, en casos excepcionales, las agencias federales pueden iniciar advertencias de evacuaci\u00f3n. El acceso al \u00e1rea bajo una advertencia de evacuaci\u00f3n puede estar restringido o no mediante un cierre suave o estricto.<\/li><li>La amenaza a las vidas TODAV\u00cdA NO ES INMINENTE.<\/li><li>Debido a la posibilidad de que las condiciones cambien r\u00e1pidamente y se conviertan en una amenaza grave, se recomienda a los residentes que se preparen para la emisi\u00f3n de una orden de evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Los residentes deben preparar sus pertenencias personales, incluidas mascotas y ganado, para la evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Se deben tomar medidas anticipadas para preparar a las personas con problemas de movilidad u otros tipos de necesidades de acceso y funcionales para la evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2303\"><ul><li>Existen condiciones que pueden PONER EN PELIGRO la vida de quienes se encuentran en un \u00e1rea definida.<\/li><li>El acceso al \u00e1rea bajo una orden de refugio en el lugar puede o no estar restringido por un cierre suave o duro.<\/li><li>Los residentes deben abstenerse de salir al exterior y refugiarse en una habitaci\u00f3n o habitaciones
